"Not really worth the price"
The food showed up only about lukewarm and was a bit soggy by the time it got here. The taste was around okay, nothing terrible, but definitely not something I’d order again for the price. i expected a lot better.

"A bit out of the way"
It’s a nice enough place, but it’s far from the station, so I don’t think I’d be able to visit that often. Compared to other spots that are closer to, well, it just feels a little inconvenient

"Should’ve Been Simple, but It Leaked Everywhere"
I really expected this to be an easy, straightforward thing to use, but it ended up leaking all over the place. Such a simple job turned into a mess, and it was just frustrating. Not impressed at all.

"I don’t think I’ll be ordering…"
I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again. The delivery was late, and the worst part was that there were no clear updates along the way. Like, no accurate tracking, no helpful message saying it was delayed, no heads-up about when it might arrive, nothing. I kept checking my phone, checking the order page, wondering if it was still coming, if it got lost, if the driver was nearby, all of that. It just felt really unorganized and kind of annoying. I get that delays happen, but a simple update would’ve made a big difference

"Long wait and a messy queue"
I felt like I was waiting forever, and from the way the staff were talking and looking around, they seemed unsure about how the queue was supposed to work. It made the whole experience feel a bit disorganized

"Menu felt way too limited"
I stopped in planning to order, but the menu just didn’t have much going on. A lot of it felt like the same kind of items repeated, which seemed kind of unnecessary, and there weren’t many choices if you wanted something a little different. I ended up leaving without ordering.

"Still Hungry After Lunch"
I grabbed lunch from here the other day, and when I opened the box, I was surprised by how little food was in it. It was barely half full. The taste was fine, nothing bad at all, but the portion was just way too small for the price. I finished it quickly and was still hungry afterward, which was disappointing

"Too inconsistent for me"
I’ve ordered from kokorouk a couple of times, my experience has been hit or miss. One order turned out fine, but the next wasn’t great, so it’s hard for me to feel confident about using them again. From my perspective, the quality and service just don’t seem consistent enough

"I didn’t enjoy the vibe here..."
I didn’t enjoy the vibe here at all. The place felt cramped and really noisy, and just from the way things sounded and moved around, it felt like everyone was stressed or rushing the whole time. It was hard to relax, let alone have a proper conversation. The tables were way too close together, and the whole place didn’t really give off a clean or cosy feeling. The food might be alright, but I wouldn’t choose to sit in again.

I ended up getting the wrong items again, which was frustrating. Not sure what happened with that whole thing, but it definitely wasn’t what I ordered.

"Not terrible, but disappointing for veggie options"
I had kind of mixed feelings about this place. The food wasn’t awful or anything, but the veggie choices were really limited and felt like they were just added as an afterthought. I wanted to like it more, but there just wasn’t much for me to choose from, so I probably wouldn’t go back

"Sushi was just okay"
Ordered sushi from kokorouk it was a bit disappointing. The delivery was fine, no problems there, but the sushi itself just didn’t really... The rice felt a little dry and not that fresh, and while the fish was okay, it was bland. A few pieces looked kind of messy too, like they’d been put together in a rush. For the price, I was expecting better. Not sure I’d order from them again...

"Really slow service"
My order took way longer than I expected, and the updates were slow too, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. I kept checking and wondering what was going on — not ideal, honestly. The order itself might be okay, but the wait really put me off ordering again anytime soon

"Didn't feel confident about the allergy info"
I really wanted to eat here, but I asked about nuts and ended up getting two different answers from two different staff members, which just made me nervous. Like, once that happens, it’s hard to feel comfortable ordering anything, especially with allergies. I kept thinking maybe it was fine, but also what if it wasn’t, so I decided not to risk it in the end. They really need to have clearer allergen info or make sure everyone on staff is on the same page. If you have allergies, I’d be careful.

"I ordered the spicy one thinking…"
I ordered the spicy one thinking it’d have a nice kick, but right away my gut reaction was, “Oh wow, this is way more intense than I signed up for.” After a few bites, I couldn’t really taste anything besides the heat. Delivery was totally fine, so no issue there, but the food just wasn’t enjoyable for me. Maybe I should’ve guessed it would be hot, but I do think the spice level could use a clearer warning.
